Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Your order will ship 1 to 3 days after we receive payment confirmation. We use PayPal for an easy, safe transaction. All orders will ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat fee of $5.00. If you need your order sooner, we can ship FedEx next day for a flat fee of $30. Please contact us at customerservice@ladidoodles.com if you would like to ship via FedEx. Orders shipped in Colorado will be charged 4.6% sales tax.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
Return Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. We will not refund shipping charges. Please email us at customerservice@ladidoodles.com to initialize the return process. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice. Custom orders may not be returned. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges for exchanges must be paid up front. Items returned will be processed within 5 days after receipt.
When returning your package, please include the following:
- Unworn item in it’s original condition and packaging.
- A copy of the original invoice.
- Please use a padded envelope or box to ship your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record or your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
